WOD # 1 “Primer”
18.0 is the following workout for time:
21-15-9 reps of
Dumbbell snatch (50/35)
Nurpees over the dumbbell

The new dumbbell snatch standards only allow you the switch hands after the dumbbell passes your eye line. The new burpee standard is that you jump your feet back and up.

“Handlebars” 20 Minute Time Cap
4 Rounds:
20 Cal Assault Bike
15 Toes to Bar
7 Power Clean and Jerks (155/105)
