Alicia Staton’s desire for challenge lead her to CrossFit. As a former collegiate athlete she needed something to keep her moving after college. CrossFit provided the challenge she was looking for, but it also gave her something she didn’t know she was missing…A tribe to belong to. CrossFit became the tribe she needed for camaraderie, encouragement, and shared success amongst its members both far and wide.
Alicia loves people. She wants to help people who want it, transform their life from the inside out. Her background in exercise science, education in nursing, and relentless pursuit of fitness has provided a platform from which she can help educate and work with clients to aid in making those changes.
In addition to working with adults, Alicia also specializes in CrossFit Kids working with young adolescents and teens to improve their athletic and academic potential through fitness, motivation, work ethic, and character building.
